You can return or exchange your Oils by Anjali products within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they remain unused and in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. For any claims, please provide supporting images to our Customer Support team at support@oilsbyanjali.com. Below is our return policy regarding scent diffusers (machines) for a refund.

Customers can return any diffuser (machine) purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date or the date of delivery, whichever is later, for a refund. The diffuser must be unused in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned diffusers (machines). Please note, used diffusers (machines) are not eligible for a refund.

Oils by Anjali does not provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return for processing the refund or exchange, which will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you choose to receive store credit for your return, we will cover the cost of the return label. Once your return is in transit, we will process it, and your store credit will be issued via email within 1-3 business days.
